David K. Founds, P.A. brings over 40 years of executive-level experience in strategic planning, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. At World Business Brokers, he specializes in guiding middle market companies through transactions involving acquisitions, restructuring, capital raises, and venture partnerships.
A Florida Licensed Sales Associate and trusted advisor, David also supports international investors in commercial real estate and business brokerage. His background spans industries including nutraceuticals, chemical technology, manufacturing, and retail across the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe. He is a U.S. Army veteran and has been active in various industry and nonprofit organizations throughout his career.
